Protesting The Fake National Emergency

Some concerned fellow citizens and I decided to see if our First Amendment right of free assembly was still valid under the current Fake National Emergency instituted by the President in order to protest his dictatorial power grab of the Article I powers of Congress and his continued abuse of power, including the abuse of the concept of national security to fulfill his purely political aims.

As you can see, this angry mob of mostly over 50 year olds who remember what actually separates this country from tyrannical dictatorships was determined to take their fight to the streets. The local constabulary was monitoring the situation closely but, as they were outnumbered by at least three to one, they opted not to confront this subversive act of rebellion.

On a truly serious note, the real national emergency is a President who would abuse the national security process to attack the very foundations of our Constitution and give himself emergency powers to fulfill his political agenda. The real national emergency is a President who would declare a fake one.
