Astronomy Adventure – Comet NEOWISE C2020/F3
This long-period comet is visible for around 2 hours after sunset in the northwest sky, hanging out below the Big Dipper. It is a tough naked eye object unless you know exactly where to look but easily seen with binoculars. It will reach its greatest distance from the setting sun on July 23rd, so the next ten days to two weeks are the best chances to see this comet before it comes around again in 6,800 years.
Taken on iPhone with NightCap Pro. 7 second exposure. Starblast 4.5 telescope. Magnification 30x
